       We provide products and services offered through Tokyo2U. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

        

3. User Obligations
       You agree to provide accurate information, use services only for lawful purposes, not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities, and keep account credentials confidential.

        

4. Payment Terms
       All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards and online banking (FPX).

        

5. Limitation of Liability
       To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

        

6. Intellectual Property
       All content and trademarks remain the exclusive property of AI ELEGANCE MARKETING. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.

        

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
       These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
